Hi, my name is Rael Kuperholz and I am the CEO of a medium sized business located in the centre of Melbourne’s central business district - in the best street of all; Collins Street.

My energies over the past 19 years relates to starting up new businesses, or taking an established one and making huge changes to facilitate a high growth rate - with this business being a case in point.

Collins Street Business Centre, or CSBC as we like to call it, is now in its 16th year of business. We call ourselves a business centre, but offer many more features than a traditional business centre; for example:-

  1. Serviced Office (executive suite) - this is a fully furnished office, equipped with furniture, phones and a professionally managed Internet service, as well as a receptionist who provides phone call screening, meeting and greeting of your visitors and coordinates your administration work. These can be rented for a week, month, year - or even longer if you like. We have a few tenants who have been here for over 15 years with the average stay being just over 4 years.
    You can be setup and going within a matter of an hour. Premier street address, secretarial call screening, reception services, furniture, Internet, voicemail etc.
  2. Virtual Office - this is a serviced aimed at the telecommuter, home office worker or contractor. We provide a business with a premier street address (which creates the image of a larger company), phone answering, fax handling (such as received faxes being forwarded via email) and postage handling services. So your business can function as if it was permanently based in the centre of Melbourne’s business district without actually being there. Furthermore, when you need to meet customers you book an office or meeting room and conduct the meeting at your virtual office, as if it was your own.
  3. Meeting Rooms - For seating from 2 to 35 people, we offer fully equipped, Internet-ready, catered, professional looking meeting rooms to hire from an hour, to a month. Each room is equipped with a video projector, sliding whiteboards and pin boards for professional educators, filtered water, bottomless tea and coffee and other catering on an as needs basis. The room can be configured to suit your needs such as classroom, theatre, boardroom layout. All of our tables are on casters an be easily moved about. A large number of Internet and power points are situated around the perimeter of all rooms. Our Internet services are fully managed, using carrier grade equipment and of sufficient bandwidth to suit all your needs.
